I’m 24 years old, and still can’t believe the crazy stuff I do for a living.
I've always been a huge nerd.
At age 6, I pretty much ruined my parents' beloved Windows 95 computer trying to make it faster and better. (Hint: deleting important system files does NOT help...)
I got my first digital camera around 3rd grade. It took AAA batteries and held about 30 dumpy pictures on the 8MB SD Card. How times have changed, right?
YES, that's me. Lead guitar in a worship band with some of my closest friends.
Anyways, a few years later, I've been blessed with an amazing job doing creative media consulting and photography with 4640 Student Center, an epic youth group in Western Colorado. I LOVE working with students; spending time connecting with them, or simply making them feel included and loved.
That stuff makes my week.
Outside of photo sessions, client work, and office hours, you'll find me scouring the edges of the internet for the next new music, (seriously, send me your playlists!) exploring the outdoors, or rocking out playing guitar, piano, ukulele, or my new obsession of learning to play drums. We'll see how that goes...
I LOVE to learn. I'm a firm believer in the power of knowledge.
I'm always watching all the latest Ted Talks, photography/editing/coaching tutorials, Google Maps, DuoLingo, weird recipes, or whatever else. Like I said. HUGE NERD. If you're not weird, you're boring. Are you like me?
